Perez made the right choice staying out and must have gained loads of time on Verstappen on the wets judging by where he came out. Think how far back he would have been on the restart as the grid spreads out under safety car/wet conditions.
But now under inters after a few laps he's losing loads of time to Verstappen who has just turned on his afterburners.
Hamilton also going slowly now, locked up maybe as he lost a half second in one corner a while back, has been a little slower since then, might just be saving tires though.

It will be a dull race but that's just from looking at trends.
