Hi.
Hope I get a post in right section.
What are the broadband options if no virgin or bt lane broadband (only 1-3mbps) available?
The monthly charge should be reasonable.

kristapsl, you're profile says your based in Chichester which is where I am.

I'm not aware of any area of Chichester that is not connected, so is this for you or someone else?

I use a 4G mifi router as my main home internet. I get speeds up to 60Mbps but unfortunately I'm paying £24 a month for 32GB which is a bit grim. But it'll have to do as I can't find anything better.

edit: this is with EE and it looks like they're now charging £30 for 30GB. Ouch. :p

Thanks for info. Not a lot to use. Is it enough for you?

I get by but obviously I don't stream any video or download games from steam. I keep GTA V patched with takes a few GB every few months but that's about it. I'm online pretty much all the time so of course most of it gets used by browsing. Occasionally I'll have a few GB on the last day (no rollovers) so I treat myself to a linux ISO. :p

Cousins looking for streaming a video (iptv) so with the speed he has not possible, and with mobile data amount too short. Thank you anyway for your input.

Sounds a bit extreme but in my old house we only got around 2mb, so I had a cheap provider (talktalk I think) for general browsing and then plus net on a new line for my xbox and PC hard wired. Was paying about £45 a month but it meant when someone went on facebook it would lag my connection or netflix :D
