No, because it's not cable
However, you can get the FTTP version which is fibre right into your house and does not use the copper pair coming into your house so it doesn't NEED a phone line but I believe there was an issue in supplying VoIP over FTTP which they were looking into so you may as a contractual requirement still need a copper phone line too.
