Looking for a new Cpu/mobo.

Pre Cpu/Mobo
Intel 7700k@5ghz
Asus Maximus IX Mobo
New

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £670.44 (includes shipping: £10.50)
Would this be a good replacement for my old now broken system? Also would need a Cpu water block. What would you recommend? I have a Phanteks Glacier at the moment.
So would this be i good replacment

X570 chipset coolers of Asus are straight from anus of marketroids.
Actual heatsink under marketing excrements is very small and relies on constantly running small fan to actually do good job.
Further that fan is constricted by more marketing BS to force it to run at higher than necessary RPM for faster wear.
With whole crud positioned directly under the graphics card to be bathed in its heat.

MSI has the far best X570 chipset coolers followed by Gigabyte.
Though most MSI X570 boards have for the price garbage VRM copypasted from £100 B450 boards.
Only later forreputation recovery released X570 Tomahawk corrected that.
MSI MAG X570 Tomahawk WiFi (AMD AM4) DDR4 X570 ATX Motherboard= £189.95
With working case cooling chipset fan of it is unlikely to run ever.
Also fan free B550 boards would do for normal PC.

At the moment Intel has edge in performance.
Though real TDP under full all core load is still nuclear hot.

Really don't like the look of that fan on the Mobo.

Didn't know there was a fan on the mobo. Only pick the one I like the look of. Just testing the waters as it's been some time since I had to look to replace my CPU/Mobo.

As mentioned, get a 12700K and a Z690 (I really recommend the one I bought, the MSI Z690 A-Pro DDR4, comes with 4 M2 slots), it just flies, and no worries about 90's technology (MB fans...lolz).
