Hi Everyone, I need some help please.
I have an Asus P7H55-M-USB motherboard, i3 and 4Gb 1600Mhz ram.The PC has been running fine since I built it about 5 weeks ago, I have played with overclocking and it has been running at 4 Ghz no problem.
I was doing some more adjustments last night and it would not boot after that. The only way to get it to boot is set the BIOS back to de-fault settings. Any attemp to overclock, even using the A1 overclock tuner (AUTO ) will stop the boot. I have removed the battery and moved the link across to clear the ram to re-set the BIOS, I had to re-set the time, date etc., but still no difference. It will boot and run OK on de-fault settings but will not allow me to boot if I try any overclock settings.
What have I done wrong?
I have downloaded the most recent BIOS from Asus onto a USB stick, but am not sure how to procede with loading it if it seems necessary that I may have to flash the BIOS.
Any help much appreciated
