You still can, have seen them in the pound shop near me.

Theres a place near where my mother lives you can buy boxes of them, they're only about £1.50 or so, you can pay that for a single packet. Mostly they're intact just a bit, er, dusty. Less than 100% perfect you might say.

Absolute bargain. I usually stock up on several boxes when I'm down there.

Just write to their complaints address found on the packet, it's often an email address now. I did this with a multi pack of hula hoops as half the bags were bust open and stale. They sent me a £10 voucher and an apology.
