Broken Bitfenix Prodigy

Hi

I recently bought a Bitfenix Prodigy case and when I took it out the box I noticed one of the plastic structures was broken. 3 of the fixing were it is attached to the case is cracked and one is completely free of the case.

Has anyone come across this before? I got on to OCUK who suggested I email Bitfenix for replacements but a few days later I still have not heard back.

Anyone had the same problem and had it successfully replaced?

Other than that its a great case.

I had numerous emails sent to bitfenix over stuff and have been fantastic
Email this guy, he is the rep for europe and got all my queries sent out quickly
You will need the serial number of the case and a pdf/image of the invoice
Also a shipping address for them to send out the handles/feet

I got some replacement feet sent out in 2 days
Also got a vented panel sent out free of charge

I asked about an RMA but would prefer to be sent the parts I could replace myself rather than sending the whole case back. Thanks for the suggestion.
