Broken clock, help please

The time will always end up 20 mins out by the end of the day. Its running 98 due to our ancient telephone system software, £30k for a new telephone system means were sticking with this one!

Any ideas as to what could be the problem? Battery, bios, a n other?

Forgot to say that the PC is only 3 months old too

Could be a MB battery, or maybe if you're on a network it's syncing with a time server?
