Broken Tele?

Ive jst hooked my xbox 360 up to my tele and plugged the scart in and everything and turned it on and its decided to go black and white? anyone know whats going on?

EDIT: No sound either

Check the lead is shoved in right at both ends.

If you've got another scart socket then try that.
