Broken Xbox, any idea what's wrong?

Hi All,

I recently tried to put a disc in my Xbox One S (It's only a month old) and it made a horrible noise. When I tried to play the game, I was given an error message telling me to insert the game disc.

This has happened to every game I put in and this noise happens every time a disc goes in or out of the console as well as every now and then randomly when the console has no disc inside.

Any thoughts on what could be wrong would be appreciated.

It's a month old, just get it replaced under warranty?

Doubt there's any easy fix for that, sounds mechanically ******, get it replaced.
