I can't be doing with waking up in the middle of the night anymore. It was ok when I was a student but now have to get up for work :(

Lots changed which helps to be fair (Can queue constructions/research and set fleets to launch themselves) but you're still at a disadvantage and alliances don't want to know when you won't be on IRC constantly etc. With work commitments can't be dealing with that side of it - if it wasn't for my dad wanting someone to play it with I wouldn't be on it at all heh :)
