He's a 7th dan degree black belt apparently so there is no doubting his credentials!

I like the fact that he is a Reserve Deputy Chief, shows he's not afraid to deal with real life ****. Saw one of the episodes last week where they follow him, pretty messed up stuff, shootings and all that jazz.

He always has been. One of my old instructors went a course where Seagal was an instructor guest (in France). Apparently he walked onto the mat in his shoes and had 'bodyguards' with him. I think it went to his head somehow, but he's still a nice guy.
