BSOD bad pool header?

hi all i have just got a BSOD saying i have a bad pool header can anyone shead some light on what this is and how to fix please

In my experience 90% of blue screens are memory related. Try removing and re-seating your memory.

Alternatively I did find this in Microsoft knowledge base. Hope it helps.

done a bit of reading on google and most ppl with this problem are saying its a driver related problem? i have installed nvdia 175.19 over another driver without using driver cleaner last night, have also just upgraded to the 2009 kaspersky

Have you instaled Asus Probe, if so check to see what Asus softeware is running in Task manager and google it. I had the same problem and it was down to a rogue Asus program instaled when i instaled Asus Probe. Removed all Asus programs and now all is cool.
