WHEA error...
are you running the CPU at stock or with PBO or curve optimiser (PBO2)
if you are overclocking or undervolting the CPU then that is the reason for WHEA

Remember that CPUs have memory inside, so if your system memory is OK it could be a CPU cache problem. Just as you ran a diagnostic for your system memory you ought to do one for your CPU. I believe that there's one in Ryzen Master and there are 3rd party ones including a bench in CPU-Z. If you get another BSOD running such a stress test and you have default settings in BIOS then I'd say you have a faulty CPU.

Have a look in event viewer and see what the code the error is, event 19 means it's fclk related, if it's event 18 and the CPU isn't being overclocked or undervolted then it's likely the chip is not stable and needs to be RMA'd.
