What spec is your pc also is it overclocked also do you get the same problem running other games or aps?

BSODs are normally related to either memory problems or driver conflicts. Memory problems doesn't necessarily mean faulty RAM.
We'd need a lot more info, but I suggest you visit sevenforums.com. There are loads of people on there who are experienced at debugging windows error codes and can talk you through the process of getting the necessary error logs together for them to help you.
