Still looks like it's something to do with the audio but also mentions something about memory. Have you tried running memtest (http://www.memtest.org/) for a few hours without any failures?

Also, have you got all windows updates?
 
Yeh I have ran memtest all day. And passed. And yes my windows is up to date.

I am pretty sure it is my hardware config, specifically motherboard not liking gfx card.

Oh well. Think it just likes nvidia cards. Ill probs make another pc and keep the my gfx card. Time to start saving.

Im banking on maybe windows 7 mite help :P

From Googling it seems to be a fairly common problem so you would have thought someone would know how to fix it.

I'd try disabling the onboard sound and using your USB one, then if that fails disable the USB one and use the onboard one and see if it helps.

K cheers ill give that a try.

One other question. I hear graphics memory is classed amongst the same as regular memory (Ram). So do memory tests check gfx that ram as well? Perhaps my old motherboard doesn't support GDDR 5?
