BSOD on wakeup (sometimes)

Its my 2011 Home Server that I have recently put together.

I don't keep it on all the time so put it to sleep so I can wake it up.

It has BSOD on me 3 times in the last 3 days, 2 times on the 15th and 1 time on the 17th when I have woken it up and gone to access it and these logs are from the minidump folder.

If you haven’t already, try manually inputting your memory voltage/settings in the BIOS as this can sometimes rectify this type of probem.

Also, you could try disabling ‘internal pll overvoltage’ in the bios. There’s a known issue with SLEEP when clocking the Asus p67 (p8p67) Motherboards. I realise that you have neither the board or a clock – but it may still be worth testing if the above doesn’t have any success.

I know that sometimes it can be a problem if you have the power management settings
in the control panel set wrong.

Go to the power management profile you have selected which will probably be standard
and turn off the power saving option on the PCIe port, it sometimes causes a problem
because when the system idles the PCIe port shuts down and then doesn't wake when
you go back to the system so you end up with a BSOD

I had the exact same issue yesterday. I've never put it in sleep before, believe it or not and never realised I had the issue. I updated my rapid storage technology drivers. Not sure if you have an SSD or not. I also reinstalled my chipset driver.

It has nothing to do with BIOS tweaks, it's a common windows issue and I couldn't find a definitve fix for it on Google. However, doing the above worked for me.
