well, its something to do with a very critical power lead not being plugged in....

ram should be running 4-4-4-12 surely being c4?

arghhh i cant get 4GB stable at all... Windows loading screen > BSOD... Saying:

Collecting Data for crash dump....
Initializing disk for crash dump....

try starting windows in safe mode (keep tapping f8 before/on boot up screen)

This board is VERY picky with RAM settings, have you checked the Asus forums? Theres a load of posts on there which cover running this board with 4GB of RAM. It appears BIOS revision 1101 has been released, check this thread on the Asus forums, the guy has claimed to get 4GB running stable on the board with his settings http://vip.asus.com/forum/view.aspx...id=1&model=P5N32-E+SLI&page=1&SLanguage=en-us

Tried the BETA bios last night... really unstable for me... im gonna wait until its final before updating.
