This BSOD started very recently, and was occurring several times a day, so I opted to re-format. However, upon formatting I get the SAME BSOD! Why would that be? Does this signify a problem with my system drive (an SSD) or could it be one of my other drives (all SATA II drives)? I've run CHKDSK on all of them and found no issues. I'm not sure what to do.

Open up event viewer and go to Windows Logs -> System then filter it to show critical, warning and error. See when the BSOD appeared and it might give you some information. If that doesn't help try run Memtest X86 - This will flag up faulty RAM.
