bsod when using prime 95 driver error hal.dll ?

I run prime 95 for no less than 5 minutes on blend tests,I get the bsod error!

Ive used blue screen view and It says caused by driver hal.dll :eek:?

I had a noctua air cooler before water cooling and was on 4.5GHz that was running stable,I am on 4.5GHz now on my i72600k water cooled cpu loop.

dont know where to begin to fix this ?
 
Do you any failure codes in the crash dump?
The fact that the HAL (hardware abstraction layer) is failing would tend to indicate a hardware device is stopping performing properly at your current overclocking. The error code might help to narrow down which device.
