BSOD with random stop errors

Hi there, I've been getting intermittent BSOD on my new rig with loads of different stop errors (0x0000003b, 0x00000024, 0x00000054, for a few I can remember) and having googled all of them I can't find a direct cause for it. I ran memtest for 45 mins with no errors, it's stable on Orthos for an hour (haven't run it longer yet), but every now and then it just randomly BSOD. The last time I was just watching a video on youtube, other times it's while playing bf2142, sometimes just opening a folder. Any ideas?

I'm running win7 ultimate on the rig in my sig (OC at 3.69GHz). Vcore is at 1.285, but had it up at 1.35 and still had problems.
