Wasn't sure were to post this.

After about a week of fobbing BT off I decided to listen to what they had to say and they were calling to renew my Option 1 contract. The price dropped by £2 and they doubled the download limit.

One thing I was wondering though.... am I entitled to a free BT Home Hub or any other perks that I keep noticing in the leaflets they send out?

I got mine free, not sure how as my sister sorted it out (living at home, i was away at uni)
