Do they have an England call center? I can't stand 1 more phone call to the india call center, it's driving me mad.

Anyone had experience switching from BT to a competitor? I can't deal with BT anymore.

Nope they don't. We've spent hours and hours on the phone to BT to try get our problems sorted, but all we get is the Indian call centre who can't understand our problems. Everything would be so much easier if we could talk to an English speaking person who at least knows a little past the script that they're given.

This is my problem :(

I think I'll give talk talk a call. Anyone have problems with them?

Moved to talk talk because of BTs polices on billing and off shore CS, how ever they still are asking me for payment and said they'll contact debt collectors.

I keep telling them i'm no longer with BT but talk talk. Moved over to talktalk 2 weeks into my new billing, but they still want the full 3 months doh, let them send in the debt collectors i'll sue bt aswell. btw i dont have a 1 year contract with BT so i could leave at anytime.

I was with Talk Talk for around 5 months. During that period I probably had about 1 week worth of stable internet in the evenings. It was offline more than it was on. I would quite honestly rather have dial up than Talk Talk.

And this wasn't just with my connection either, spoke to dozens of other customers all over the country and pretty much all of them experienced the same thing. What I believe they did was make really good packages at cheap prices, so lots of people went with them, and they could in no way keep up with the demand.

Avoid like the plague.

The fact that you put the words "BT" and "Customer Service" in the same sentence really shows how naive you are :)

If it's for telephony then there are very few ways you can speak to someone in the UK, and unfortunately the senior management are under the illusion that people are happy dealing with offshore call centres.

By far the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to.
