I think my BT Email has been hacked as I go change my password and i then receieve my emails but 10 mins later it kicks me out and my password has changed again ? WTF is going on , I also can't send any emails ? Just come back failed.

Anyone else having issues with BT Email ?

Considering Yahoo was hacked and BT uses Yahoo, I really would try avoid them if possible.

Can you still log in from the BT mail site?

Your best bet is to get onto the phone to their customer support. I believe they can see the locations of where it was logged into.

At the moment all i can do is reset my password and then when i go to login this error message pops up and says you can't login for another 15mins to many attempts ! I've tryed login in after 30 mins and same problem ! all day long , my email works for say 20mins on my iphone but i cant send messages and then boom it stops working again ! iphone comes up with message your login details are wrong , so i go change the pass again and it works for 30 mins again then screws up again ! total messed up

Is this caused by too many invalid login attempts?
Do you have a device that is still using the old credentials?

BT have screwed something on the back end (looks like a few other things are screwed/unsecure as well :( ) - you need to login via http://mail.yahoo.com (Trying to login via the BT links will fail via various different methods and in some cases might expose your password).

Did you change the security question (or any form of security used to change the password) when you changed the password as it's likely they're using that to regain access.

If password reset is related to account information (that is if you're a BT customer which you would have to be to not pay for it if I remember correctly), then you should contact BT to get this sorted out.

Also, who uses ISP provided email these days.
