I upgraded my computer from vista 64 to 7 ultimate 64, and since then certain actions have caused my homehub to flip out.
It either drops the connection (I get the yellow exclamation mark, no internet detected) for about a minute or so - or it drops it for between 30 minutes and an hour. The other computer on the network running XP 64 is obviously affected by the router resetting, but seems to get the internet back much more quickly.
Steam seems to be the main culprit. Playing TF2 (most notably after communicating with a server - just starting the game doesn't make it crash, but refreshing the server list will often cause a crash 40-60 secs later), mass effect 2 (logging in to ea online seems to crash it, but not for dragon age origins).
However, it is quite random. Sometimes I can play tf2, sometimes I can't. I have heard router-based explanations for this behaviour, but it seems unlikely that it would suddenly come on when I upgrade to windows 7. Has anybody else experienced anything like this? It is absolutely infuriating.
The homehub is a homehub version 1.5.
