Hi Guys

I a thinking of joining BT internet from Plusnet yes i now they are same company but i am having issues and plusnet not seem to want o correct it so thinking of joining bt and if they dont correct in 14 days ill just cancel the contract..

Or what other ISP Sky?

Yes they are and their router is really good. No idea about the email side.

Before going any further, what are the issues? Just moving ISP may not resolve them and both use the same OR faults process/staff for the most part.

I'm currently thinking of trying the same. My ping when playing warzone has been atrocious recently. I'm on fttc but quite far from the exchange but that doesn't explain why it used to be ok. Hopefully BT is better

Distance from the exchange means nothing. In fact that's the entire reason why FTTC exists. Unless you meant to say FTTC cabinet?

Yeah I meant cabinet. Dunno why I typed exchange. Actual distance from the cabinet isn't that far but the way they have the phone line going makes it further than it should.
