BT Line Activation

Hi,

I've ordered the BT line for my flat and it says up to 13 days for the credit check etc. Have people experienced it being lower then this or is it always about that amount of time?

I've had it quicker in the past. Most BT estimates are a worse case scenario so I would imagine it should be quicker than the 13 days

I wouldn't hold your breath. BT are notoriously slow for doing anything. One of the main reasons I got shot of them

Just signed up for Virgin media and the credit check got done whilst I was on the phone. As long as they have all the info all they need is 4-5mins to check you out. Make sure you aint been naughty.

Could be quicker or slower, can never tell with BT.

It's most likely it'll be quicker, as they always over estimate, but then its BT.. so they might lose your order altogether.
