BT Line test - No longer works

Need to test my BT line.

Googled showed it's

DIAL 17070 and option 2 but soon as 17070 is dialed it gives me a line check!

Same goes for fast test (3) and ring back 1/2)

Anyone know what it is now?

I don't think this is do able by joe public anymore - i may be wrong though :s

Have you just tried it? Could you try it?

Could it be due to my broandband and calls are now with Talktalk?

I did just try it.

If you want BT line tests you need a BT line!

Which it technicly is! So when i kick off to Talktalk about the noise on the line how will BT test it?

If you've transferred everything over to TalkTalk it isn't a BT line anymore.

Oh thought he had a BT connection... nvm!

TalkTalk LLU dont have same test facilities as BTW/BT lines.

As far as I know there isn't (without getting TalkTalk involved).
