BT Mobile Data

I have started a new contract recently with BT Mobile. Has anyone had any success securing a higher data limit than 15GB PCM? If so, what did you need to do?

Ideally I'd like to raise it until at least 20GB.

I'm with BT and got their Sim only package and that is 20GB. Looks like its back down to 15 at the moment. So yes I've had success but I think its a product offering thing, rather than negotiable

Thanks for the response. I have no idea why they can't just raise my data limit by 5GB and charge me an appropriate fee. Random.

If you wait a month having used nearly all your data then contact customer services, I'm sure you could justify a haggle. They have been pretty good with me, even though I have now left the BB side of their business ;P

I am there already Brad. I called them earlier and was told there is nothing they can do. 15GB is the max.

Bah Sux - Keep an eye on their plans though, as they do play around with them from time to time. If it goes up you can haggle then.

Not exactly what you are asking but if you go via MYBT / My Mobile / Buy add on / UK add ons / you can add 1 Gb of data for £6

I had BT Mobile when it came out and had the 20GB offer. I have moved all of my immediate family over to the BT Family Mobile and we all get 20GB. Not sure if that would be of any use to you.

I had that but lost it when I took a S7 on contract with them. Sucks.
