I think it may be time to ring BT now like, I cant seem to understand how what we have all said hasnt workedI really would contact BT as tis would fix everything & if they get silly just say the homehub is broken. ask for your username & password for logging on & see if its any different..
They are idiots because its not their router they will not provide support. Nice and helpful. But they say the same as what I have already tried.
