havent downloaded much recently but my net generally has felt slow loading pages
More usefully, run through the BT Speedtest.
The exchange checkers are only accurate to the date they're given (so mean nothing to current performance), and "Green" doesn't mean you won't see any performance degradation - just that it's within BT's acceptable limits.
