Well i went to my first motorsport event and don't think i have done that bad.

#1 - Race 1 (Seat Cupra Cup) - Lap 1 - First Corner. OPPS

thanks for the advise, i didn't have time to adjust any levels, etc so just quickly cropped, etc.

when i have more time i'll give it another go.

yep nearly all seem overexposed on my screen.. did you shoot raw?

is there any other format other than RAW

What would be the best place to take a meter reading on site to stop the shots being overexposed and hence cut down the post processing time

Playing in photoshop, which is better:

top left = Second Version
bottom left = First Version
top right = some else's attempt

Which do you recon is better or is there still a long way to go, incase you haven't noticed i know very little about photoshop but do my best.

Dr_D - you can push the editing a bit more than that. Once you have the white balance correct up the colour, contrast and sharpening.

How do i know when the white balance is correct, cause that shot looks exactly like it what i was looking at.
