It's probobly because they havn't realised your a "abusive user" abusing what you pay for.

Do that for a month you will be capped in irons.

I've just got off cap with BT and now downloading at 700kb/s and uploading full pelt rather than the 6kb/s download and 7kb/s upload I was getting before.

How much is the 'unlimited' cap? I've been dling a lot of TV lately but i don't know what my limit is so have no clue where to stop

My guess would probably be 30GB or so. They did do 40GB caps before, now they use this stupid fair usage policy, so probably around 30-40GB.
