a while ago i had a call from bt offering bttv for free, i declined the offer thinking there has got to be some added cost or catch somewhere down the line
today i received and email saying 8 hours left to get bttv with no cost or activation and btsport free until july then after £3.50 a month (i think i pay a fiver a month for this and never use it , it was free when i took infinity then they changed policy and started charging 5 quid which i always meant to cancel but never did)
so should i or shouldnt i take the offer up? does it tie you into another 18months with infinity? though tbh i cant see me taking another provider anyway
*edit does this need to be connected via the homehub? i use an openreach modem connected to a vm running pfsense for my internet needs, the home hub is only connected via a lan port for wifi in one side of the house
