Partially remember this stuff from when I was a kid. Well I saw it in my offy so I bought 6 bottles and omg I'm glad I did! Gorgeous stuff.

I remember that and miller bottled being the first two things i got to drink occasionally when i was 14 or 15. Bud ice was bloody tasty!

Even though it tastes like a lot of other lagers out there, cue pretentious forumites entering to degrade said drink. It is normal practice on here to rubbish every drink suggested. I think people do it for cool points.

The problem is it doesn't really taste at all. American beers generally don't.

I just prefer to drink a beer with a bit more substance. For that reason I tend to drink stout these days. If I was drinking lager, bud would be pretty low on my list. It just doesn't have the flavour or aroma of a good continental beer. Not trying to clever or cool, it’s just my preference.
