Budget (£200 - £300) 27" 1440P Monitor Suggestions

Anybody know what the difference is between the 27GS75Q-B (ordered) and the 27GR75Q-B that's detailed on the rtings review?

165hz on the rtings review, 200hz on the one you have ordered (newer)
GR (rtings) released last year, GS (yours) released this year

Ah, panel arrived today so have quickly set it up. Only shows 180hz but there's an overclock option (still only shows 180hz after turning that on) but that should be plenty enough. Monitor arm is a no-go, need more spacers but have just set up on the stand for now.

Any recommendations on colour settings or where best to set them? Everything looks a little 'off' by default (although that could be due to having an 'off' monitor for such a long time and that becoming the norm).

Although for 180 to 200 I doubt I'd bother.
