AC Infinity do decent cooling options for AVR amps, just heads up if you are interested. I myself went with airplate T8 for cooling my cabinet that holds my unraid server and AVR.
Cheap & Cheerful way of cooling that denon AVR, Do what I did if you have any 120 or 140mm PC case fans lying around. Power said fan from the AVR USB socket. Fan spins slowly but at least there's airflow.
The original (most basic) USB standard calls for 5V at 500mA and short circuit & over-current protection. If the AVR doesn't do that then it isn't USB standards-compliant (even if the current limit is higher as per later revisions of the USB standards), which I highly doubt, it would be a minor PR nightmare if a high volume seller like Denon were found to be regularly using non-standards-compliant USB ports. The fan might not spin very fast but you're not going to damage anything by trying to power a fan assuming you connect the correct wires. Shorting the 5V to ground should be tolerated by the device, but shorting the 5V to a data pin may damage the port so be careful when wiring up the fan, do it with the AVR disconnected from mains supply.
Check the document section on usb.org and you can find detailed specifications for power delivery in each revision of the USB standard.
