Budget Eyefinity

Upgrading a pc for a widowed friend. Her husband had an old 939 setup with 2 pci-e gfx cards running 3 monitors.

Now I know I can get 3 monitors runing eyefinity from one gfx card, but all of her 3 monitors are vga. Does this matter? Will it just be case of using an hdmi to dvi to vga adaptor and a dvi to vga adaptor and will this even fit?

not sure how thats going to work, everything i know about eyefinity involves useing a displayport

Displayport -> VGA adaptors??

You need a Displayport to run the 3rd monitor. Cheapest I can find is this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-226-SP&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1699

Just buy a DVI->VGA and a DP->VGA and your friend will have Eyefinity.
