Budget GPU recommendations

I'll keep it simple, it needs to be quiet (my current gpu is a reet noisey bugger), be able to play guild wars/counter strike: source (shouldn't be any trouble for any card really, but its all i play) and be as cheap as possible!

Don't mind it being second hand or anything and thanks in advance

Some 5850s being sold on the MM for £55 atm. That's more than enough grunt for those games, not sure on noise as they're stock coolers so assume fair noisy
