Budget Intel I5 Build (Advice, Compatibility, Performance)

I dont need a Power supply Case or Graphics card I've already got them,

The Intel build
MSI Z97-G55 SLI Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard
1TB Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 3.5" SATA III Hard Drive - HDD
Intel Core i5-4670 3.40GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor
4GB (1x4GB) Corsair Vengeance Jet Black Low Profile 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Module [CML4GX3M1A1600C9]
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO Quiet CPU Cooler
Total Price £351.73
I'm not looking to overclock
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I hoping to run games like Skyrim, Saints row, Battlefield 4 high/very high settings 60fps
Case: Zalman Z3 PLUS
Power Supply: 550w
Graphics card: AMD Radeon 6770 (I'll be upgrading soon!)

I had a look at the builds you put on the other thread I changed it about and made this one. I don't have the PSU at the moment all I know is thats a 550w. I will try and get in touch with the person i'm getting it off to get the exact specs for you.

Well for Z97 board you want a "K" CPU so you can overclock later, otherwise the Z97 chipset is a bit wasted.

Get 8GB of RAM (2 x 4GB).

If thats too much money then ignore the aftermarket heatsuink and use the stock intel one that comes with retail CPU boxes.

I can get 8gb ram because it will be over budget. I will be upgrading in the next few months. At the moment I have £350 to spend.
So how about a Intel Core i5-4670K 3.40GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor then overclocked to 4.00GHz

Alright, buying the cpu cooler is going over budget so I will be buying that later. I won't be overclocking the CPU For about a few weeks until I can afford it. Thanks for all your help I will be buying these parts over the next month :)
