Like said before, your price range is quite low. Good and cheap don't usually mix well together. There will be compromises either in quality, reliability or features.
As for the case:
You'd probably get better answers from another sub-forum. Like the "OcUK Full Systems & Bundles" or "Case Central". But, if you're buying a case that comes with its own PSU, then my personal suggestion would be to make sure it has enough pci-e power lines. My PSU only had one, the new GPU needed two, so had to use MOLEX adapters.
And be sure to chime in once you get the system together.
