Budget / Shoe string exercise

unless you were doing something silly, i do not see why something would break in a week (and be an inherent fault with every one off the production line).

£200 would get 99.9% of people a good enough rower, especially 2nd hand.

£400 would get a great 2nd hand rower that is more than good enough and be cheaper than a gym membership.

£400 yes you could get a decent 2nd hand erg, but no you just cant get a decent £200 erg unless it was very old or last owned ny someone on death row. and you're paying too much if your gym membership is more than £400

£400 in a year isn't a huge amount to spend on a gym membership, many gyms now are £40+ per month, it is for me going to the local university gym as an associate member. Many of the "lifestyle" gyms cost even more, it's not unheard of to be reaching into £70+ p/m.

Haven't read any posts other than the first few and no one has asked him about his diet. As said, 'six packs are made in the kitchen'. Whats your diet like now? and what do you intend to change? This is key.

ok fair enough. im sure you could find one for cheaper though, well unless you actually cant which is fair enough. like i said my gym is free for me (which is brilliant :D) but im sure the prices are all bellow £30, but i guess im just lucky
