Budget Spec PC for £300

Hello all, a friend has asked if i can ask on here for advice on building a basic system at the bare minimum price . It will be used for browsing and Word processing and thats it he wants me to build to save on labour costs. What do you guys recommend he will only be needing the pc as he has monitor kb ect from me . Any help would be appreciated.

Or even cheaper with an Intel Celeron G550 just don't think about showing it any games full stop.
