I would be curious to know why the liver transplant was needed. Her wikipedia page doesnt mention any partners or children so maybe a troubled life with perhaps alcohol abuse.

So sad to see such a young and beautiful woman pass away before her time

You can need one just because of bad luck, some infections will do it, sometimes you luck out on the genes and get liver failure, sometimes it can be down to an injury etc.

You don't just get liver failure due to drugs/alcohol.
