Hi.

In our kitchen there is a cupboard, we have cups and boxes of tea, jars of coffe and chocolate etc..

A week ago we seen these little tiny brownish bugs crawling around, they got into the boxes and into the teabags, they looks like harvest bugs but on closer looking thicker and shorter and brown. We sparayed it all, got rid of all boxes with these bugs in, and there was none left, now they came back, had to throw boxes away and loads of teabags like the rest.

Any idea what these bugs are??? Havent got a pic but maybe someone has had a similar problem before.

No lol, ants are about 10time bigger. They are about the size of the black long small harvest bugs but a little shorter and thicker.

Dont know, dont think they are as its too cold for them now surely and they come back inside the cupboards, especially teabags.

Do you store flour in the same cupboard? Flour beetles I guess.

Only way to get rid of them is to throw away EVERYTHING in the cupboard (inc tins - they can live under the labels) - wipe down all doors, shelves, handles etc with disinfectant inc all the nooks and crannies.

Dont have flour, just sugar, teabags etc... My mum wont throw it away, untill the next time we get them....

Just out a matter of intrest how do normal bugs walk ? with a swing or just straight Oh do they march like the Nazis

We had these at our old house, only way to get rid of them is as previously stated and throw EVERYTHING away and give the draws/cupboards a deep clean. After this they were gone.

if they like tea they might be De-bigulated chimps !

What you need is a Re-De-Bigulator!
