Build a Cheap Celeron D machine

Whats the cheapest Celeron D machine you can build. To include a DVD drive, 512mb ram and some overclocking. Basically a cheap media machine.

I think you'd be better off with AMD, quicker than a Celeron D

Probably about equal, the S754 one has PCI-e too, so more upgrade options in the future.
