Build advice.

I need a motherboard, processor, memory and a power supply. I already have a graphics card (ATI HD4850), an optical drive, a CPU cooler (Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro 64), hard drives and a case (Xclio WindTunnel).

I was hoping to spend around £200 - £250. I'm not looking for the highest end parts, just the cheapest options from good brands. I'll be using the system for:

- Gaming
- Converting video
- Streaming media to 360 (TVersity)

I'd appreciate any advice on the components I should buy.

The price there is a bit steep to be honest.

What about replacing the Phenom 955 with a Phenom 555?
