Hi All,

Could I get a quick sanity check on this gaming build please.

My current monitor is 1920x1200 but I may increase that to 1440 next year and may consider SLI in the future.

I have a pair of MX100 512Gb SSD's sat in my sock draw ready and waiting so drives are not listed.

My wallet is telling me to put a 970 in there but my inner geek is saying 980...

Depending on how flexible your wallet is :D

These Zotac 780ti cards (Along with the R9 290/X) are really good value at the minute. You would need to SLI from the off as they probably won't be around for much longer.

The Ram says 'sold out' in the description, but is showing as 10+ in stock.

@stulid - Is there a technical reason for switching the motherboard from the gaming 7 to the UD3H-BK other than than it comes in slightly cheaper after the cashback? Also, you asked about my powersupply? I had a Superflower 850W listed in the basket.

The board comes with a 5 year warranty and a free upgrade within 3 years (or pay the difference), then buy a new CPU and RAM (if the switch to DDR4 on mainstream platform happens)
