Hi can someone tell me if this is all compatible. I realise the case may be a little bit of overkill, but we have had heating issues in the past. That case should remove the problem and keep it future proof.

Cheers

I was about to ask if there was a case with the bells a whistles cooling but without the brand name.

i'll take a look at the others bits of advise too, thanks.

cheers guys think i'll keep with the Silverstone.

I've changed the hard drive for the F3, changed the power supply for Corsair Builder Series CX 430W V2

can someone recommend a slightly better motherboard if that ones a load of crap?

bare in mind I wont add anything else to the build like a graphics card. Never be needed.

If he was running a 5.0+GHz death-or-glory overclock on an i5-2500K with overclocked dual 6950s and the motherboard was looking like it was going to have a meltdown, I'd agree with you. The dude's running an i3-2100, it's total overkill beyond belief. It'll barely rise above room temperature if he keeps it in a box without holes in it.

so can you recommend a cheaper case. Bare in mind we have had heating issues in the room they will be in. Lack of air conditioning and many computers. It will need good cooling. It will also be on 24/7

ok you convinced me, keeping the case.

In regards to the motherboard, I figured it was cheaper due to features as opposed to build quality?

Feature wise it looks ample. I wont need more ports, sata II will do fine, its got the gigabit lan port and compatible with ddr3. We also have VGA screens. I dont think we need anything more then that.

Unless the build quality is rubbish but its a MSI board with a 3 year warranty. figured it would be fine?

Can anyone expand?

one last question. Anyone know how overclockers warranty procedure works?

i.e. if the motherboard or CPU broke, what sort of turn around are we looking at on average?
