Or should I go for something a bit more?
The Cooler Master Elite 430 has plenty of breathing room and lots of pretty fans,
Dont change the case.
If you want the silverstone then get it, it will be one of the parts that will last and last.
It comes with a single fan, not lots.
any cases on par but cheaper? or is it worth it?
Its not worth it, nothing cools like these Silverstone cases, they are unique with the whole motherboard being rotated 90 degrees so it all fires heat upwards, the stock cooling that comes with this case is outstanding to with three Air Penetrator fans along the bottom blowing straight up.
If he was running a 5.0+GHz death-or-glory overclock on an i5-2500K with overclocked dual 6950s and the motherboard was looking like it was going to have a meltdown, I'd agree with you. The dude's running an i3-2100, it's total overkill beyond belief. It'll barely rise above room temperature if he keeps it in a box without holes in it.
so can you recommend a cheaper case. Bare in mind we have had heating issues in the room they will be in. Lack of air conditioning and many computers. It will need good cooling.
